Registration

Registration process goes like this:

• Register the conference
• Pay the fee using our online payment (actuall uses PayPal)

Note that you need a credit card, but don't need a Paypal account for it. We're thinking about how to get payment from attendees who don't have credit cards (e.g. students)

We plan to open up the online payment in early March. More details later.
