In the new version of RT, we want to allow novice users to extend the behaviour of their RT by defining custom conditions and actions, but without having them feel they are writing any program. Lorzy is the toolkit in Perl for such environment, it provides a simple and flexible language that can be manipulated with a web UI, which does context and type sensitive hinting, to make custom rule defining like snapping together Lego bricks.
